Also, with operating entities in the profit and nonprofit sectors, our leaders are as comfortable with technical and financial innovation as they are with corporate financial & compliance management. We're also developing plans and programs unique to an organization working to secure special certifications as a B Corporation. John D. Romanin, President & Founder

Mr. Romanin has developed and built multiple businesses in the political consulting, high technology, investment and fundraising sectors. As the Founder of TREIT Inc., Mr. Romanin has applied his extensive talents and experience in business management and product development to deliver successful market disruptive solutions over the last 30 years. He serves as Board Member and Principal Director of TREIT Inc.; The Renter's Lobby and the Foundation for American Renters and Investors (FAIR). Mr. Romanin leads Business Development and Strategic Planning for multiple TREIT operating entities. As President of The Renter's Lobby he is also a Registered Lobbyist: U.S. House of Representatives; U.S. Senate; and Federal Agencies REG #’s 400588794; 417140000. As President of the Washington D.C. Mt. Vernon Drucker Society, Mr. Romanin also consults, promotes and advocates for Drucker management principles in federal agencies and programs. Mr. Romanin has served as CEO and Principal in several companies including MediAmerica, a political fundraising and computer time-sharing company, STC Corporation, a computer sub-systems product development & services company and NSA Corporation, a Third Party network systems support service. Mr. Romanin is a graduate of Claremont Men's (McKenna) College (CMC) BA, Political Science, Economics.Thirty years of business experience.
With vast experience in all areas of commercial finance, working for financial services companies, investment banking firms, commercial real estate companies, start-ups and as an independent consultant, Mr. Gaydosh has worked diligently as one of TREIT's Founders. With extensive experience in the REIT industry he has raised in excess of $3.5 Billion of debt and equity for start-ups as well as publicly traded corporations. Beginning his career at Citicorp, Mr. Gaydosh has held many executive management and directorship positions with companies including McDonald & Company Securities, Captech Health Net Realty, Origen Financial, Ryan Beck; Janney, Montgomery, Scott and now TREIT-GSP Partners. He has managed portfolios of public and private real estate companies, including Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). He has successfully developed new business and supervised all aspects of investment banking including IPOs, M&As, secondary offerings, private placements, fairness opinions and valuation services. Thomas Rini, CEO, Director, TREIT Inc.
Over 30 years of real estate investment experience in residential development and industry leader in tax credit finance, affordable housing and urban multi-family housing. As CEO and President of Apollo Housing Capital his company sponsored over $1.5 billion in private equity investments in partnerships with institutional investors such as Fannie Mae, Citicorp, Bank of America, AEGON Insurance, Nationwide Insurance and several California based banks. By the time of its sale to RBC, Apollo had invested in 325 properties representing over 24,000 rental apartment units. The most notable among them was North Town Village, a pioneering new development which sparked substantial redevelopment of the entire Cabrini Green neighborhood in Chicago, Illinois. The project was widely recognized as an example of Apollo's ability to spur vibrant urban housing renewal where public policy had previously failed. Mr. Rini held senior banking positions at McDonald & Company Securities, an Ohio-based regional investment company later sold to KeyBank. He also worked for several years as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte. Mr. Rini received an MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, and a BBA from The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, with a major in finance.
