The Foundation for American Investors and Renters  FAIR is a 501 (C) 3 social welfare research and education organization.   FAIR conducts economic and financial research for the purpose of delivering public policy and legislative remedy and investment products on behalf of and exclusively for America's residential renters and real-estate investors.  FAIR is also responsible for developing new approaches and financial products for new asset generation and wealth development for all renters regardless of income level.  Solutions begin with private enterprise alternatives to delivering very low to moderate income (VLMI) to housing options.   New Economy rules, regulations and legislation are creating equity opportunities for all Americans.

The Renter's Lobby (TRL) is an advocacy organization dedicated to the immediate and long-term needs of America's Residential Renters.  Part of our Mission and our daily job is to lobby for policies, legislation and regulations that accrue to the direct benefit of Renters and Investors.  We work with government, industry and NPOs on behalf of tens of millions of Americans who choose to rent and for the millions who have no choice.  If you are an individual residential renter, with industry or a Member of the U.S. House or Senate join us so we can bring balance to housing policy and legislation.  Join us in brining real Equity to all hard working Americans and to those in need.
