  • The Information Systems or automated-systems component is the operations backbone of the entire business.  iTCMS is a 4th Generation proprietary relational data base management system used to maintain real-time information on the needs of all tenants.  These needs are then directly linked to all aspects of property management support services, business operations and accounting.  A fully integrated ICT Relational DBMS system supports all operating functions from prospect marketing and sales to applications processing to tenant-profile & performance tracking.  Real time property and tenant financial performance reports are accessible on-line by investors and authorized fiduciaries.
